RIP Lance Kerwin https://nypost.com/2023/0...%20buttons Rest in peace Lance Kerwin. I was a fan of his work. He was a staple of the 1970s and 80s After School specials that were on at the time. James at 15 was a great show and so ahead of it's time. His character of Mark Petrie in Salem's Lot was I think one of the first examples of a horror fan/ geek on film. You can also see him in guest spots on the classic Wonder Woman and Shazam shows. And of course Battle of the Network Stars.

I remember him from 70's and early 80's TV shows. Mostly from Salem Lot. Sad, still very young. He kinda look like he could have been Jodie Foster's brother in real life. R.I.P.

Hey, Jodie had a brother, Buddy (with a decent little career as a child actor), tho she probably wished she didn't. In 1997, Foster authored the book, Foster Child, in which he chronicled his account of his and Jodie's childhood. In the book, he alleged that Jodie was a lesbian or bisexual, and that their mother had a sexual relationship with another woman. Jodie Foster called the book "[a] cheap cry for attention and money, filled with hazy recollections, fantasies, and borrowed press releases. Buddy has done nothing but break our mother's heart his whole life." From wiki
