I've only seen a few of his movies. Well first of all it's a different era. I think all of his movies look great and are shot very well. But I have to say "the Birds" scene had me laughing, it's when the children are getting attack. It looks like they are jogging in place in front of a blue screen.

This was in 1963 though. And it still has better special effects than She Hulk, Thor: Love & Thunder and Black Adam. Where The Birds differs from those is that it's a good film regardless of the effects lol

Yeah but it's the only scene in which it looks funny (the rest of the movie is ok) the kids look like they are jogging in place. Maybe it is because they are kids Hitchcock had to shoot it that way for safety reasons maybe.

It always reminds me of the old Scooby Doo cartoons. You know when the gang does be running down the hall of a mansion or whatever and they're passing by the same scenery time and time again.

Tarantino is very full of himself and gets worse with each successive release, as his dialogue gets more and more self-indulgent.

An arguably superior artist like Martin Scorsese (and arguably superior film geek/nerd/historian) would never speak of his own work like Tarantino does his. You get the vibe Tarantino would probably put all of his own movies in his own top 10 if that wasn't too egregiously over-the-top for even him.

Which is fucking worse! I have no idea what Tarantino was thinking here or what point he thought he was trying to make but he's made himself look like an even bigger prat than I already thought he was.

If you read the released court transcripts of her testimony and the way she expresses herself (e.g. "cuddiliness") there's no question Pol4nski isn't just a guilty man, but an evil man.

He should do an all-female remake of Reservoir Dogs just to see what the online reaction would be lol

There's a table scene in his Grindhouse movie that's literally a shot-for-shot all-female remake of the opening scene of Reservoir Dogs.

Yea, not a huge fan of Once Upon A Time, it's ok.

Hateful 8 has an amazing look, but story ok.

Death Proof a gem.

I like his idea of making a 70s explotitation movie good.

Jackie Brown best film.

His one CSI episode is reely good.

I still don't know if Natural Born Killers is great or awful.

Batman looks kinda like the Gimp. haha

Shelly, suspend disbelief.

I'll tell U what the Eye in the Pimp stand 4!
