The Photograph

The Photograph is a DVD Drama abbreviated as PHOTOGR and renamed as The photograph. It stars Issa RAE and LaKeith STANFIELD.

I love seeing actors in roles that I am unfamiliar with them in, in a new genre, etc.

I enjoyed the DVD because it played out like a mystery and covered a lot of topics familiar to me.

It also inspires me to use it as a guide for future writing and photography and curating.

Not to provide a spoiler, but I will say that I enjoyed imagining that the letters that the daughter was reading were being read from the mom's point of view at first, but I believe the mom wrote them from the daughter's point of view, and so on and so forth. There is a lot of generational drama and intrigue. And a lot of insight into a lot of careers.

If you've seen it, give this thread a comment.

well i guess there's a lot of people who don't appreciate DVD technology as much but for all those people there's people who still appreciate VHS and Beta tapes and didn't you know there is no old, what's old is new again and what's new is really old things never really go away do they they just change shape form or energy

THE POINT Is.....

I am happy that I am in a position where I am able to learn different perspectives and that is CLEARLY a topic that doesn't fit into one of the other forums because it's current affair sports and etchasketchy.

I would love to know who is interested in things like this.....

I wondered if the producers of the production wanted the story to be looked at the way that I saw it when I watched it, or if it's just shear coincedence that I did see it that way and I wonder if we share the perspective would they share with me that they do or would they act as though they don't.

3 years ago is significant

Well, I don't know what "DVD drama" is it could be a lot of things couldn't it.

It wasn't really all that dramatic really, if I had a say I probably would have categorized The Photograph as "Musical". Sometimes things are put in a bin just to save time in adding them to a collection. I presume.
