Yep. Unpaid speeding violations combined with an incident of rear-ending someone when medication put me to sleep behind the wheel.

I was genuinely ambivalent about living -- let alone the luxury of driving -- during this time, so allowing the privilege to be lost meant literally nothing to me.

Later, making myself rely on public transportation (I could have corrected the situation at any time), was kind of cleansing and new to me, actually.
