MEGA STAR Will Smith ‘King Richard’ Earns Actor His First Golden Globe Win Ever!!

will-smith-richard-golden-globe-2022-thatgrapejuice-600x437.jpg

From ‘The Pursuit of Happyness’ to ‘Ali,’ ‘Gemini Man,’ and many more, Will Smith has brought no shortage of groundbreaking and critically acclaimed roles to life over his tenured, 3-decade career.

Will Smith's 'King Richar...rape Juice

Smith’s portrayal of Richard Williams, father of tennis legends Serena and Venus Williams, in the 2021 biographical film ‘King Richard’ has seen the actor crowned the year’s winner of the ‘Best Performance By an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama’ Golden Globe.

Will(whom I worked with, attended an ULTRA private SAG screening of "King Richard", along with his book tour of his debut autobiography) has shut the naysayers up. Next up THE OSCARS!!! So proud of him!

Will Smith never won a big award before? That's ridiculous! He should have a heaving bookcase full!

I couldn't care less about Will Smith's win, but I'm very happy about the wins for Succession. It's a great show and very well written. It won 3 awards last night, including best show (again). I can't wait for the next season.

I'm very happy for you Chocolate Box. This award must mean a lot to you. Will Smith (who I've never met but people I know who HAVE met him say he's an arrogant prick) has only ever appeared in two movies that I like. Men In Black and Independence Day. And honestly, both movies would have been just as good without him because, let's face it, the best thing about Men In Black was Tommy Lee Jones (who I've also never met but I heard he can be a bit grumpy) and the star of Independence Day is definitely Jeff Goldblum (who, incidentally, I also haven't met but I hear he's an absolute delight).

But nevertheless, I'm happy for you that your favourite "MEGA STAR" has finally won a Golden Globe. I, for one, was shocked that he didn't win one for his classic western "Wild Wild West" or his MASTERPIECE "After Earth".

When you attend Will Smith's ULTRA EXCLUSIVE Oscars party will you tell him that my friend Louise, who showed him around BBC studios a few years ago, was not very impressed with his childish tantrum he threw when he was told his private car couldn't pull right up to the door for him and he had to walk a whole 15 yards and that she still thinks he's an egocentric, arrogant little prick. Cheers.

Oh, and enjoy the party. razz

Sunday (January 9), the latter opted to change that.

Will Smit he kinda aight I kinda liked him in Bel Air and I Am Legend he also kinda aight in Miami Boys they coulda turned that into a series but I guess Martin Laurence too batshit crazy but Will he probly kinda midlife crisis depressed these days cuz of what´s been going on with his wife lately she kinda talk too much but that´s just me let a man be a man ´nahmean ? I mean he on some weightloss fitness trip these days, that weightloss challenge whassup with that and then he plays King Richard? So he wants to lose weight and play Shakespier is a sure sign he aint feelin too happy....but hey, what do I know? I wish he had made a sequel to I Am Legend but that´s just me tho. Butt now it´s too late anyway so he might as well play King Richard .

So now he plays King Richard which is cool it´s always nice when actors play Shakespier stuff but I´m just saying that Denzel Washington plays Macbeth by Sheakespier too and he probly doing a so much better job than Will but that´s aight because they probly both friends anway so no hard feelings.

I've dated outside of my race and I discovered that Good Pussy is Good Pussy and Good Booty is Good Booty regardless of ethnicity...I don't have a Fetish for only Big White Tits, Big White Butts or Phat White Pussy.(chancellor) smile wise man !

You go that backwards, he played KR, first had to put on the weight then did the weight-loss thing so he could climb all of Jeddah Tower stairs so he could hang out on its tower. Then he went with Disney and started going down into volcanoes and going 20 leagues deep down into the ocean, zip lining across canyons and stuff. Ya know, that sensible s**t.

oh thanks for the info I wasnt aware of that didnt know he had to have that chubby look to play King Richard butt then again I aint never seen no skinny king either so he probly looks more convincing playing a kinda chubby Richard or maybe he´s just muscular but from what I´ve seen he kinda chunky not buff but that´s aight I aint hatin but it´s funny how these days most celebrities just talk about how they put on weight and then how they lost weight as if that´s the only talent you need when you want to be an actor....I mean it was cool for a minute when De Niro did that back in the day for Raging Bull but these days all those mofos just getting buff then dropping weight for they next roles then putting on weight again and that´s all they talk about like The Rock Johnson, Sly Stallone, all them Marvel mofos and Ben Affleck and that Superman dude Henry Cavill or whatever his name is I mean there acting kinda ok but there´s more to acting than just weight ha ha ha...it´s aight tho, it´s all good., I appreciate the effort

Hey, the ladies do it too. Sometimes they do the reverse lose a bunch of weight to look all emaciated and puny. I guess it's suffering for the art.

Is Rufus kidding with the King Richard/Shakespeare stuff? I can't tell.

Pretty funny if he is (and if he isn't).
