NASCAR: How many of you guys and girls like to watch people drive around in circles for hours on end? Some redneck at work was going on with his buddies about how great NASCAR is. This made me wonder what could possibly be so great about watching a bunch of dorks drive around in circles for a number of hours and wasting tons of fossil fuels in the process.

I'd rather go to Malibu Grand Prix or Speedzone out here in Cali and ride in the go carts,skid cars/or their Nascar which they control but you feel the speed of the ride...It's like basball I would rather play than watch. Plus they have a bar at Speedzone.  -------------------------------------------------

Is this just NASCAR or all motor racing? Just NASCAR or other racing where they only drive in circles... Formula One racing could be better, as they don't drive in circles for hours. ...this isn't a repeat topic though. I did a redneck topic last year, as I really can't understand those guys at all and I decided to revisit the idea of exploring the kooky, nutty things that rednecks do. Dunno about NASCAR, but I'm a huge F1 fan, this years much better than it has been the last couple of years, but thats probably cos' my lttle Kimi's winning at the moment.  Some people are like Slinkies...
