There's a cut away of him jumping on the bed. He jumps too high, hits his head on the ceiling and comes back down with the football head.

It doesn't make sense in the canon of Family Guy, because we've seen Stewie's birth and he comes out with it like that.

In all my life I had never given much thought to the Who world until I got caught up in another person's question. He is a Grinch, whatever that is, and is named Grinch, first or last name, who knows, much like the Whos, except we do have it established it's a last name, which means Whoville had a founder. And they all live on a speck of dust which at the end of it so do we. At which point survived due to the actions of an elephant. Dr. Suess was really ahead of his time.
