Violent customers
this kind of stuff is crazy, especially when people hear 'the customer is always right' those with ego issues(not mental disorders) think this is acceptable. I previous generations, people knew they couldn't just hit someone so easily

A restaurant patron was captured in surveillance video smacking an employee across the face in the latest incident of out-of-control customers accosting workers. It happened in Columbus, Ohio, to manager Courtney Hickey, who says the customer lashed out when asked to re-insert her credit card. The blow across her face was so hard that it knocked Hickey’s glasses off. Hickey says it’s unfortunate that the assaults are happening so often. The woman who hit Hickey has not been taken into custody.

I would love to see someone try that here in Rotterdam and then watch how that shit gets beaten there teeth out by other customers. | |

This is an old story from 2011, but I love it. The cashier has a shady background himself, but in this case he was in the right. If you're man enough to cross the line and put your hands on someone, then take your ass-whippin' like a man. Thank goodness for a smart jury.
