did you know that you can actually see the space station with the naked eye? p.s. for the record i am undecided on the hoax thing, but the program did put forward a very strong argument. Are you serious??? So if I go outside at night and look at the moon I will be able to see it from here or would I need a telescope? hhmm, not sure if i'm being goaded here but i'll answer anyway 
firstly looking at the moon wouldn't help at all, cos' the space station's nowhere near it. but it can be seen with the naked eye at certain times of the year depending on your location of course. it's actually the reflection of the sun on the solar panels that you can see so it just looks like a very bright star. i used the zoom lense on my camera to take a look and could just about make out the shapes of the solar panels, but i'm sure if you had a telescope you'd be able to see much better. Some people are like Slinkies...
They're good for nothing but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs. | |
