An Indonesian woman reportedly fried her husband's expensive pet fish to teach him a lesson about laziness. She documented the act in a video on TikTok, where it's garnered 7.1 million views.

According to Today Online, he forgot to clean the aquarium. When his wife decided to clean the aquarium herself, Today Online reported, the fish became sick in the process. Instead of wasting the valuable fish, she scaled and fried it.

In follow-up videos, Kurniawan reportedly said her husband forgave her for cooking the pricey fish and is looking to purchase a new Asian Arowana.

This shouldn’t make me laugh, but it did. Probably cause I put cutlets in my grandmas fish tank when I was 4 and killed the fish, she would always tell me that I did that when I was much older

On one hand I find this mean and pukey disgusting (the idea of eating something that got sick and died), on the other I feel her frustration and admire her commitment to take the time to punch the point. Why have expensive pets you won't clean up after, heck any pet for that matter.
