The Two Jakes I love Chinatown but never got round to watching the sequel for some reason. The Thomas Crown Affair Saw the Brosnan version, but as yet I've not seen the Steve McQueen version. Futureworld I wasn't even aware there was a sequel to Westworld until fairly recently. Bian Feng Mie Zhu Supposedly the first movie about real life Chinese hero Wong Fei Hung. I'm sure it's awful but I'm curious. Stagecoach Supposedly one of the best westerns ever made. Never seen it though. John Wayne isn't my kind of cowboy to be honest but I've heard this is good so I'd like to check it out eventually. [Edited 7/21/21 11:07am]

[Edited 7/21/21 11:07am] There's actually two versions of Stagecoach, the original one by John Ford and a remake starring Bing Crosby from, I think, around 1970. I saw the latter one first and the first one later. According to the critics, the original is the best, but I enjoyed both. The idea is good: we have a couple of very different people inside a coach surrounded by enemies. Another movie classic based on the same idea is North West Frontier with Lauren Bacall, this time in a train in India. It's from 1949, but it's still very exciting. If you take any of this seriously, you're a bigger fool than I am.

There was also a 1980 TV series. There were only 5 episodes. It was alright, had promise.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Dog Day Afternoon. Belgian tv is showing classic movies this summer, so I might catch up with some more movies that I never got around to see. If you take any of this seriously, you're a bigger fool than I am.

He's my favourite Bond but outside of that I've only seen a handful of his movies. I seen bits of Remington Steele when they used to show repeats on TV but I've never sat down to properly watch it.
