My first car was a 1970 Mach 1 Mustang - gold and black. It was in rough shape, holes in the floorboards and a gas guzzler like you've never seen, but totally awesome nonetheless!

now thats one sexxxy car right there....dont you miss it sometimes? .....ever catch yourself feelin nostalgic....missin that car...? or were you glad when you got rid of it? ....this is quite pricey these days....if it is in good condition....sexxxy car...the 70s...so hedonistic......miss those days...we were so kinky back in those days...the cars looked so erotic ha ha ha

That's my car! But, is was not in the condition this one is. I paid $1,800 for it in 1982. I only had it for 2 years as it needed so much work and I didn't have the money. sad

It is such a beauty! If I were you I´d really miss this car.....I had to sell my old BMW years ago and didnt get much for it back then butt it´s worth a fortune now....just like your car...

I used to think that those old Fords are very durable and cheap in maintenance but I guess I was wrong.....never knew they needed a lot of work..

I feel your pain.

such a sexxxy car...

back in the day when American cars were really beautiful........... sometimes I watch old 70s movies just because I like those cars so much...

a friend of mine had that car too but the trunk looked slightly different.

I've dated outside of my race and I discovered that Good Pussy is Good Pussy and Good Booty is Good Booty regardless of ethnicity...I don't have a Fetish for only Big White Tits, Big White Butts or Phat White Pussy.(chancellor) smile wise man !

My first car was a 1967 Mustang. The engine would flood if you sneezed and it needed a ring job, so I only had it for a couple months before my dad got me something more reliable - a 1969 Buick LeSabre. Fire engine red, with a black vinyl roof and interior. Man, that thing could haul.

Mine was a 1970 red Ford Maverick I was driving around in 1986.

It belonged to my grand uncle who drove it sparingly as he got older.

His wife gave it to me after he passed in 1984. He also had a big green Pontiac Bonneville. I opted

for the sportier cooler looking Maverick.

thumbs up!

We laugh at these big Barnaby Jones cars now as they were in the 70's like Oldsmobile, Buick LaSabre, Pontiac Bonneville, Dodge Polara. My mom had a 1977 Plymouth Fury that was a little smaller than these.

The year was 1999.

.

I got my learner's permit and a friend of a friend knew an older lady who had kept her car in her garage for over ten years. It was covered in rust, it was a 1974 Chevy Nova.

.

I got that bad boy painted jet black and it became the Ravemobile until the engine blew up on the highway on a cold winter's night and the party came to an end.

.

Keep 'em comin'!!!

This is great!

i love to see all these great cars!

The only brand new vehicle i ever bought was a blue 1995 Pontiac Sunfire SE.

1995-05 Pontiac Sunfire | Consumer Guide Auto

In hindsight, it was the shittiest thing i ever drove, but back then, it was the experience of

being able to buy (in the voice of Bob Barker) "A NEW CAR!"

i never, ever bought another new car.

Volkswagen Karmann Ghia 65 (my godmother crashed it - beyond repair)

Mitsubishi Truck (small little thing)

Volkswagen Beetle 68 Autostick (sold it few years after I got it for several times what I paid for it - if I had by chance kept it for another 20 years lol I could have sold it for a small fortune - it was all stock and immaculate)

Ford Thunderbird 1.0 85 or 87 I forget (had this at the same time as the Beetle - this car had so many Dead and counter-culture related stickers on it and we ALWAYS had large quantities of weed with us it's a miracle we didn't get arrested like 1000 times)

Volkswagan Bus (went like 45 mph but it went everywhere! like from CA to NY and back multiple times - went to many, many Dead shows)

Ford Thunderbird 2.0 95 (first car I ever bought new off a new car lot)

BMW 2002 74 (had this at the same time as T-Bird 2.0 - intended to do some restoration and flip it - turned out to be a money pit - I lost money when I sold it)

Ford F150 (had this at the same time as T-Bird 2.0)

Honda CB400F 76 (super reliable and fun bike to ride - felt like I was going to die driving across the bridge to and from SF twice a day - only lasted a few months)

Mercedes SL500 04 (hardtop convertible - got it at an auction for $9000 but by the time I got rid of it I'd probably spent about what it would have cost new on maintanance and repair lol)

Honda Civic 10 (ugly car - not sure what possessed me to buy it new - but it was INSANELY reliable and never needed work - so much so that I bought the next one)

Currently

Honda Accord 18 (Love this car - have no plans for getting rid of it any time soon - bought it new and I it's only got 35k miles on it which is nothing for a honda)

Ford E250 Econoline Camper Van 92 (it's old - it's dirty - it breaks down and I love it - I always wanted a camper van conversion - I would love to do one right with a used Mercedes Sprinter but that's probably not going to happn - I've taken this POS Econoline camping all over CA for the last few years and like I said, I love it)

And I went through ALL THAT lol to say that I still think about that Karmann Ghia. I loved that thing (it was so orange) and it's the only car I ever got rid of not of my own doing. Have pictures of 16 and 17 year old me sitting in it, cleaning it, standing next to it. lol
