Most entertainment has a bit of "suspension of disbelief" but I've learned that a simple realization that reality is subjective goes a long way.

I never watched it, but one time when I saw a clip of Two and a Half Men, I immediately recognized the apartment as the same as when Laverne & Shirley moved to Los Angeles. Except just behind the front door, there is a hallway that leads to a bedroom under the upstairs bedroom. On L&S, there wasn't a hallway.

Also, the Stephens house interior on Betwitched was the same as Lilimae Clements house on Knots Landing. She played Joan Van Ark's mother.

There are a gazillion other examples of the same, of course.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

I saw this the other day and don't buy it. Not all hallways are 50 feet of straight passage. Kramer's apartment was across the hall, so the hallway probably angled like 23 or 45º, and then ran between the two apartments.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Married With Children and The Cosby Show didn't have the same living room. They weren't even on the same network.

Bewitched and Brian's Song, however, were both on ABC and used the exact same living room set.

And who cares about the hallway on Seinfeld, anyway?

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

How does one "act Jewish?"

Gonna wait for ya to dig your way outta that one, all by yourself.

George was based on Larry David himself. If you’ve seen Curb, you’ll see supposedly stereotypical Jewish shtick. Same thing and nothing wrong in self deprecating humour.
