The Donovan album?

.

In the DC Multiverse, Sunshine Superman [who was named after The Donovan's song] was the first ever black Superman that came from an Earth that was inspired by late 1960's-early 1970's culture.

I vaguely remember an old comic book I read as a kid that had a Black Superman.

Keaton is 69 yo. This should be interesting.

I guess they'll digitally de-age him for flashbacks to when he was Batman but for the most part he'll be a retired Bruce Wayne in an advisory role to The Flash. As long as they bring back the real Gotham City and the real Batman theme song and the real Batmobile then I'm happy. I'm literally not expecting anything good from DC movies anymore but if they have the real Batman, Batmobile, theme song and Gotham City then it has to be better than anything else they've put out since Batman Returns.

I'd have a hard time with continuity given that the Ezra Flash met the Ben Batman first then to turn around and work with a much older Keaton Batman. Make it make sense.:chuckle: Oh well I'm liking Ezra so I'll go to his movie. Hopefully it'll pan out smoothly.

Affleck is in it too. I remember reading a long time ago when it was first rumoured that Keaton was returning that the plan was to have "multiple Batmen". We know both Affleck and Keaton are coming back but maybe there'll be more?

I was born in 1990 (exactly 31 years ago today) but if we include the 1989 Batman movie, which I know, was a year before I was born, but let's include it for argument's sake, there's been 10 live action movies in which Batman has appeared, portrayed by 5 separate actors. And that's just within my lifetime (plus 1 year before). So there really is too many Bat men. I don't think there's really much more they can do with the character at this point. Maybe it's time to just let it go.

The Joker movie was pretty good. I'd like a similar movie exploring Mr Freeze or Two-Face's origin story next instead of yet another Batman movie.
