What are some cool things to see in LA? I want to plan a trip there once covid is behind us. What are some good museums and restaurants you guys would recommend if you live there or have been there? [Edited 11/18/20 15:28pm]

Los Angeles county has 20 million people that come from all over the world for the weather, entertainment business and a better life. It doesn't always work out for them.
Add the fact that the weather brings homeless in from all over the country, general financial inequality, the mental health crisis and the high cost of living. There's not an easy fix to this complex problem but "Fuck that city"

To answer the question...here's a few things I've noticed...
• Things here are more spread out than you think by looking at a map. People plan way too much without factoring in drive time.
• Check out the ocean, a little of tourist Hollywood and the mountains. Just depends on how long you're here.
• There's too much variety of food to go into...like Ethiopian? Korean? Thai? Burgers? Japanese? It's all here and you could plan your trip around just food.
• Bring money as eating out gets expensive quick but traveling on a budget is also possible
• Museums are in abundance, you could spend an entire trip here doing that too!

[Edited 11/24/20 10:23am] Yeah but I too want to visit IRL, not just on some websites. I also want to solve the housing homeless crisis because I've been there just not there "there" if that makes sense. The way shit going in my life I'm ready to young hearts beat free take the midnight train going anywhere any day now. Welcome to "the org", heartpeacesheart…

A lot of what I project in my posts is just a form of an outlet for me but I also agree with 2freaky4church. Welcome to "the org", heartpeacesheart…
