This is where not drafting a bellcow like JK Dobbins is catching up too them. Claypool is nice but

teams are not stupid. They are not just gonna let you sling the ball deep to Claypool 3 to 4 times a game and not roll coverage. That was the issue when they had Mike Wallace. Too many damn playground plays drawn up for him. Can Fichtner call a play for JuJu besides an inside 2 yard route? What happened to the 15 to 20 yard slant routes JuJu was consistently good at? I had to laugh at Mike Tomlin saying after the game It Pisses me off that we've lost offensive fluidity with absent starters. WTF you expect you can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit? Benny Snail isn't all of a sudden gonna become Barry Foster.

How many times is it gonna take seeing him get drilled at the line of scrimmage for no gain before

you get a damn clue he isn't an NFL starter or reliable back? Damn I wished they would have signed a veteran rb before the trade deadline.

Conner is decent but he seems to fade too down the stretch when you need him the most. Can only hope he comes back rejuvenated.

Wow, can't argue with anything you said. Yeah I love Claypool but the Steelers should have picked up Dobbins. I don't think they needed a WR, they have Ju-Ju, D. Johson, McCloud, J Washington, and TE Ebron has been solid all year. Yeah honestly I think Conner is a real good back up RB. I wish they picked up Fournette

Fantastic defense. It is so hard to score a TD on them. Taysom Hill is fun to watch while Brees is recovering. I imagine old man Brees may actually benefit from missing a chunk of the season as he should be relatively fresh for the playoffs. The main concern as a Saint fan is that they have arguably been the best NFC team for three recent seasons in which they did not make it to the Superbowl. This needs to be their year!!
