i've had both in past jobs, and on my current job i have a female boss. i'd say that i prefer female bosses, just 4 the mere relevance factor.  | |

I prefer the female bosses...they usually are more 'easy going' ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I really haven't had a bad experience with either of them, but, I would have to say I prefer the men, simply because I tend to get along with them better and I have found some of the women to be a little too catty. | |

I agree Azure. Women bosses do tend to be catty. I prefer a male boss over a female anytime. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

Female... When I was little I mostly had all women around me and even most of my teacher's later in life were all female... I relate to them more... So if i could choose I would have females in power...   | |
