Some things I've found...

1) Rolling up my sleeves and leaving an extra shirt button undone works well -- not enough unbuttoning to look like a pimp or exhibitionist, but just enough that a person is distracted by random peaks in my shirt or gets the impression I'd be just as comfortable without my clothes on.
