Is that NPG disc on the wall behind bernie sanders Prince related??

So, I'm watching NBC Nightly News Broadcast May 12 edition on youtube and at the 3:45 timestamp Bernie Sanders is at a desk and on the wall behind him on the wall is a decorative disc with NPG on it. I'm just wondering if it is Prince related or what???

That's a drum head, and it's autographed. He may have gotten it when the NPG played one of his campaign rallies last year.
