if you want scorpions it is good...another good one is the one with the bell rocks on the small island in the middle of the moat... but for beetles! But that requires clearing everything to take away other bug spawn points.

I just got my last fish (of May-June) I need one more bug... an ANT!

You can use that same method to catch a fly too. But I found that it took ages for any flies to appear. Kept getting more fucking ants 😂.


I have pretty much all bugs and fish too. Still waiting to catch a piranha and a saddled bircher. And a rainbow stag for the bugs. I generally only play it during the morning or early afternoon because I do be busy after that with other things. I'll have to make time to catch that saddled bircher though. They only come out after 9pm.

Ants are easy to get. Just leave any spoiled turnips you have on grass and they'll spawn really quick. I think it works with rubbish that you find while fishing too. So if you catch any cans, tyres or boots just leave them on the ground (must be on a patch of grass) and you'll get the ants in no time. You can use that same method to catch a fly too. I finally got a nibble fish today! I think trash only attracts flys? I never saw any ants but I have a huge pile of it. I need to clean it up...

I want to get 200K more in bells (I have the bugs and fish but I want to sell the big ones until Flick and CJ come back)...

I am also working on getting 100 fish in a row: I close my else and wait for the sound... my record so far is 44

I'm an Animal Crossing veteran so I have the fishing down to a fine art. That 100 fish in a row was easy for me. The downside to being able to do it is not having much of a social life, lol.

All my loans are paid off and I have 4 million bells in the bank gaining (a very small amount of) interest. So I'm never in a hurry for CJ or Flick. Reds gas only been on my island once though and that's kind of annoying me. My cousin has seen him 3 times in her game. It's like he's avoiding me on purpose 😂

Maybe you're right about the trash. Spoiled turnips will definitely get you ants. But turnips on a Sunday morning and keep hold of one until the following Sunday, at which point it will go bad. I got the game May 21... i am on the 758K loan I have tbhe bells but I want 440K more for turnips on sunday... this week was a bust week... so next week ought to better

Got 100 Fish! I paid the loan 758K and now one over a million...
