Hey - haven't seen a fitness thread in a while.... ...So, I was wondering what a good total workout would be? ....for example, if I type in "6 pack abs workout" into Google, I can get a few MILLION results, but those don't say what to do every day, for the whole week! They're just for *one* day or something! If I want a *general* workout, for ALL parts of my body, for EACH DAY of the week (6 days), but emphasizing on the hand muscles and abs, then what am I supposed to do? .....Or type into Google?

You do realise that by calling people "halfwits", they are not likely to be motivated to answer your questions. And if they are halfwits, what does that make you if you are seeking their advice? | |
