Hey - haven't seen a fitness thread in a while....

...So, I was wondering what a good total workout would be? ....for example, if I type in "6 pack abs workout" into Google, I can get a few MILLION results, but those don't say what to do every day, for the whole week! sad They're just for *one* day or something! If I want a *general* workout, for ALL parts of my body, for EACH DAY of the week (6 days), but emphasizing on the hand muscles and abs, then what am I supposed to do? .....Or type into Google?
I'd rather trust Google than the halfwitted "trainers" round here.....

You do realise that by calling people "halfwits", they are not likely to be motivated to answer your questions.

And if they are halfwits, what does that make you if you are seeking their advice?

I meant the guys who are TRAINERS, physically, AT THE GYMS HERE IN MY CITY IN INDIA! Not my friends on the Org!
