Congratulations to the KC Chiefs. They pulled it off.

I thought SF defense would have been the difference in this game and

they were until the final 6 minutes and they just fell apart.

Damien Williams was a beast. He finally looked like the RB you saw last

season before his knee injury. Could have been MVP of this game as well.

KC deserves to party absolut

as much as Patrick Mahomes is my favorite non-Minnesota Viking in the NFL, i dont think KC has a chance..the 9ers o-line and d-line are just too good

I think it was pretty much even for the first half. 49er's took over in the 3rd and most of the 4th. KC played strong the last 6 minutes. Honestly I think the Steelers defense played better than the 49er's. Steelers problem was the offensive (Rudoplh and Hodges having 4 ints games and Conner always injured) kept digging the team in a hole that even the defense couldn't get them out of.

Chiefs love to live dangerously. I thought they were toast after Mahomes second INT. He was clearly frustrated by the 49ers defense. But give credit to KC's defense for stepping up and getting stops. Then Mahomes got that 'mamba mentality' back and started making plays - that's what the great ones do. His 40+ yard strike turned the game around, and Andy Reid got that 500 lb. go-rilla off his back. So KC wins and now everyone wants to get paid, starting with the franchise QB. So Oakland's going to pursue Tom Brady - interesting. I hope he goes there, just to see Chiefs vs Raiders. I didn't bother watching the halftime show - I was never a fan of Jennifer Hopez. She can't sing and is a mediocre actress at best. Prince set the standard.

Last night the NFL won -- it got a competitive, exciting Super Bowl that went down to the final minutes. One of football's all-time great coaches got validation and a new superstar was crowned.

I said at the beginning of the 2018 season that Mahomes would be the key to that season. He was one offsides call from getting to the Super Bowl last year and he won it this year.

He's also the third black QB to win the Lombardi Trophy. That wasn't the lead story, and that's progress.
