You count your eggs before they hatch. All the games aren't gonna be that easy.

KG will stop Kobe (if they match up as thought), but it will be interesting what happens in the rebounding department if KG is forced to spend all that time outside.

It should be fun.

Huh?? KG and Kobe won't matchup. That assignment belongs to former Laker Anthony Peeler.

According to the newspaper today Flip is leaning towards matching KG with Kobe. It is true that the Wolves are going with the small line-up with Peeler instead of Smith.

Kobe said he will run KG ragged if it happens. It sounded like a challenge to me. There was also a story about how much Kobe and KG love and respect each other. Damn near the entire sports section was about the possible matchup.

Oh and one more thing I thought you would like. Apparantly Kobe keeps telling KG he should sign with the Lakers after next season when his contract expires and when they asked Kevin if that was possible he smiled and said, "Anything is possible". The columnist said that if that happens the Lakers will ten-peat.

But I am going to go concentrate on the 4th quarter as this Bucks / Nets game is very good so far. There has been something like 30 lead changes.

But you know that won't happen! It would just be unfair. Many folks already think it's unfair that both Kobe and Shaq are on the same team - but don't directly admit it. KG won't be a Laker anytime soon, if at all. He just needs more help on that team.

Yeah I know, but it is a funny thought. They would be imossible to beat as KG doesn't care at all about stats and would fit in fine with the superstars.

Agreed. Every other team in the league would try to stop that from happening. A ten-peat would be very possible.

Ooops I earlier thought I made a posting telling SuperNova that he was indeed correct about AP guarding Kobe instead of KG. So I'm making it now.

But I'm not lying when I say that word around here was that Kevin was getting the matchup.

Anyway...interesting game so far big grin

I am a Laker fan. I mean a big time Laker fan and I have a been a Laker fan for a long time, but I just cannot get into to hoopla right now. Bush has just killed a lot of innocent people and his approval rating is soaring, despite the fact that a lot of people are losing their jobs. Meanwhile, they have cut social services, daycare and Head Start programs. We are truly fucked when killing is more important than nurturing and taking care of our own. Kill, Kill. Kill machinegun is very popular these daze!
