Crazy....Ortiz was just chillin' at a club and some fool came up and shot him in the back. Ortiz lost his gall bladder and part of his intestine. He's in stable condition and is being flown to Boston for further treatment. Still no motive for the shooting.

I could not believe it when I read this. I'm so happy to hear he will make a full recovery. I also read that by-standers beat the crap out of the guy while they waited for the cops and ambulance to show up. There seems to be some strange shit going on in the DR lately. This is just one of many disturbing stories. Get well soon Big Pappy!
