Quentin Tarantino's new film, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. Might be great, might bite. I think he is trying for a Coen Brothers comedy, dramedy vibe.

Apparently it's very similar to Pulp Fiction. It almost sounds like one of those movies that's too good to be true. Tarantino directing a movie set in Hollywood in 1969 about a struggling actor and his stunt man, set against the backdrop of the Charles Manson murders. Already, that sounds like a great movie. But then you see the cast. DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Al Pacino, Margot Robbie, Michael Madsen, Tim Roth, Bruce Dern (replacing Burt Reynolds), Dakota Fanning, Kurt Russell and, best of all, TIMOTHY OLYPHANT!!!!

Co-sign on everything you said above. I gave up on Tarantino after his western movies and Inglorious Basterds but this new movie has all the ingredients for a good Tarantino film......late 1960s Los Angeles, great actors, great era, great outfits.

I was with two other people at the movies and we left very soon. Everything I usually love about Tarantino movies was pissing me off at this one. One of the people I went with even got up at one point, acting like she was going to the toilet and came back after five or ten minutes only to realize that they're still in that stupid cabin. My sister then decided to get a spontanous migraine and we left.
What's funny is that we've went to see pixels before that (don't ask me why) and that movie was really, really terrible, but we didn't leave.

This should be a good movie. There are some terrific actors in it, so I hope it lives up to the hype.

Pulp Fiction is one of my favourite Tarantino films. It's a classic. Reservoir Dogs is great and so is From Dusk till Dawn.

Bruce Lee, Steve McQueen, Charles Manson, Sharon Tate, Roman Polanski, Sam Wanamaker, George Spahn, James Stacey etc. They all have one thing in common. None of them are black. Now, Samuel L Jackson is a great actor but I just don't see him being able to play Bruce Lee or Charles Manson in a movie.

I attended a secret ULTRA private screening of Quentin Tarantino's latest film Once Upon A Time In Hollywood a few years ago. I HAD to sign a non disclosure agreement not to talk about it. It was an unedited version before reshoots in post production. That the talented, but insanely walk to the beat of a different drummer director Quuentin Tarantino critiqued to us for reactions & opinions. Glad it’s FINALLY coming out. It’s a MUST see! Hahahahaha, you are so full of shit. They only STARTED shooting it less than a year ago. How could you possibly have seen it "a few years ago"? Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio only signed on to do the movie last year. You're a liar, KCool. And this just proves what we all already knew.

But if you're ever feeling generous, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me how you managed to see a movie before they even started making it. I'd love to see the next Avengers movie and they won't be making it for at least another 5 years. But if you tell me your secret, I can see it sometime next week. Hey, I'll even bring you along. We can go together.

Hateful 8 is the only one I've not seen. But I understand this movie is to give us the beginning of Stuntman Mike. But what I've seen of the previews Kurt Russel looks his regular age. Now how can he be in his 60's in a move about 1969 and in his 50's in a movie about perhaps early 1990?
Guess I'; have to go find out for myself! Style is the second cousin to class
