Who wishes they invested in Impossible Burger? Me. Whodda thunk it would have exploded like it did. There's a surplus shortage now it's so much in demand. Carl's Jr is the only place easily accessible to me that serves them. I only know one Habitat Burger place Im not normally in that area casually. Time keeps on slipping into the future...

There are 2 main ones in the news, Beyond Meat and Impossible Burger. Shares of plant-based meat company Beyond Meat Inc. BYND-1.37% have soared since its trading debut in March, up 104.5% in the past month. Beyond Burgers, Impossible Burgers (owned by Impossible Foods) and plant-based meat alternatives from a host of other companies are gaining favor as diners look for options that are better for their health and the environment. Even traditional meat companies like Tyson Foods Inc. TSN+1.33% are going meat-free. [Edited 6/28/19 13:10pm] Time keeps on slipping into the future...

PAT BROWN, IMPOSSIBLE FOODS CEO Some of the office workers have been voluntarily reassigned to Impossible's factory in Oakland, where they work 12-hour shifts in what is essentially a warehouse-sized refrigerator. The temperature is 38 degrees, and the tasks include packing boxes and operating machinery. They've given up weekends, toiling from 3 PM to 3 AM or vice versa.
