CAMILLE4U, her name's Jean (although it's short for Eugenia, but nobody's called her that since she was probably 9)... Nasty, I hope you're right, and that it does end up being benign... She's had an MRI, a sonogram and now a cat scan...she kept all this to herself until just this weekend, she didn't want to tell any of us anything until she knew concretely what she was facing (yet something else I think I get from her...)..but after asking her doctor if she should finally tell us, he said it was up to her right now since he can't give her anything definite as far as severity or seriousness (outside of the fact that he's definitely concerned)...Next week seems a long ways away right now.
I'm flying out to see her in about 3 weeks, and until then we're all just staying as positive as possible...the thoughts expressed here definitely help in that regard... | |
