Meth(don't know if dude was on something, but...) is one hell of a drug. mad eek cry

A couple years ago i was passing through Salt Lake City and this woman was laying on the sidewalk, with her legs spread open(with her clothes on), simulating having sex. She was definitely on(or recently had been on) something. It looked like she was having some kind of meth psychosis. I felt so bad for her. sad disbelief
