99% of people that watch porn know all this. Personally speaking I don't find the fake stuff much of a turn on for precisely that reason, but many do. Watching good looking people get naked and engage in sex is as old as time, nothing is going to change that.

And there's a ton of things in the world that can be just as addictive and harmful ... smoking, drink, food, over exercising, computer gaming, etc. You ban them all its going to be a pretty dull existence. You're better off policing said 'vices' better and looking at the reason why a person has fallen in to addiction in the first place.
