All I could think of when I heard about this show is, "I guess they don't have singers with voices distinctive enough to be recognized any more". I mean, isn't that the point of this show? That allegedly "famous" musicians are so indescript that without being able to see them, you don't know who they are using just your ears?

LOL! Allegedly one is a Backstreet/Nsync/boybander and the comments about who's who are hilarious - "blah bla wore a straightjacket on his solo album cover but blah blah wore a straightjacket in this video" nothing about the singing voice.

I love Gladys so much, seeing her live show a few years back is one of the highlights of my life, a life changer. I can't even really explain why but something happened there in that arena. I've seen many live singers, some of the best ever, but this woman is a gem. Its amazing that at her age she still does BET Awards Cyphers and things like this and shows the kids how to do the thing.

I made the mistake of chatting with comcast customer service instead of calling last night. I ended up on the chat with them for almost an hour. Since I was bored beyond belief, I decided to make my pain even greater and watch The Masked Singer for the first time last night. This is one of the dumbest shows I have ever seen! I don't know what was more mind-numbing - the chat or the show.

I only recognize Gladys Knight. My bestie was like, "That's the cow from Bremen Town!" (Happily Ever After, Fairytales For Every Child). ! I still cannot stop laughing at her.

Some folks were suggesting it was Paris Jackson's debut as a performer but I'm reading she is heading to rehab so there goes that theory.
