"Captain Marvel” tells the story of Carol Danvers, who becomes a powerful hero when the planet is trapped in a battle between two alien races. The movie stars Brie Larson, Jude Law, and Samuel L. Jackson. Stan Lee, who died in November, will make his final cameo appearance in the film.
This one could go either way. The MCU movies are generally between decent and great and I think this will skew closer to the "decent" end of the spectrum. Looking at her powers, she might be too overpowered for any threat to her to seem legitimate but I suppose the Avengers need that if they're to go against Thanos in Avengers Endgame. But I worry that by making her so strong her solo movie will feel insignificant.

In fairness, you can compare pretty much any superhero to another and find similarities.

Yeah she kinda does. Also looks like Samuel L Jackson has a big part in the movie, and that's not a good thing. I don't see Nick Fury I see only Samuel L Jackson

Disagree. He has a weakness, it is that he won't kill (well something he avoids at all cost. Superman could easily kill Luthor). Also he will save a human in danger at the cost of letting the bad guys go.

Superman is my favourite superhero (sorry, kpowers) so I can't agree with that. Besides, every Superman movie, TV show and cartoon I've seen has given him many weaknesses. Kryptonite, of many different colours, his refusal to kill, Lois Lane and his basic human emotions have all been used to good effect. But I do share your worry that Captain Marvel may be too overpowered. By all accounts, the movie version is going to be the MCU's strongest hero, especially when she inevitably learns to use her "Binary" powers. But, on the other hand, Marvel know what they're doing at this point. I'm sure they'll be able to introduce a viable threat.

Carol Danvers is one of the most versatile characters in the MCU. She has been a SHIELD agent, a super hero, a civilian, a space entity (Binary, mentioned above) and she was the character responsible for Rogue's super strength (also mentioned above). Its interesting she has been active in almost every major storyline since the 70s and still unsung. She is like Superman except a human empowered by an alien force. They can't fuck this movie up.
