I have a habit of lying awake at night, so maybe I'll see it.

I loved the joke on "Saturday Night Live" last night when they put up a picture of the band Greta Van Fleet and Colin Jost said, "There's a Super Blood Wolf Moon tomorrow night, which until now I thought was the name of the band that just performed".

falloff

That was pretty funny. PS GVF was horrible. I don't get the hype around them. The guitar was way too loud, which was sort of okay since the singer screeched his way through the song. It was GUITAR, then everyone else.

As far as the moon, it was so gorgeous. I replied earlier in the middle of it while I was warming up. It was -10ΒΊF when I was outside last night at 1am, with a wind chill. I was outside for 15 seconds at a time. I got a couple of mediocre pictures then I was in for the night. I'm glad I braved the cold to see it.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Yeah, pictures at night suck unless you're a pro
with the hardware that goes with it.

Even landscapes, you'll never get the feeling of being actually there.
When I think of all the pollution in terabytes
this world photomania epidemic generates (we shot and record anything, anywhere),
makes me wanna stick their selfies sticks where the moon doesn't shine.

Even the latest iPhone XXIII can't honor the beauty of nature.
And that's fine, we need to train the best recorder we have
before it definitely rusts: our big ol' eyes and brains.

That said, here's to U, Mary & Chris.

LOL, thanks for the clip!

I didn't care much for GVF's performance either but I did like their energy. I feel like they might get to a place where they're making good rock n' roll but they aren't quite there yet. At least there's some hope for the future, LOL.

I caught the end of the Greta Van Fleet song on SNL and I thought it was one of their comedy skits... razz lol
