And the music he played was soothing. He put the birds into the freezer so he could go to the windows, rip the papers off, and start to hollering.

Eh he did all that when he got a chance to be alone. He kept his composure and acted normal when a gun was being pointed at him.

That's what I think too.

What?

Seems like the things can't come into buildings they can only move about outside. When the loading dock door was open they didn't go into the store it seems they needed the other guy to lure or drag people out to the loading dock.

Netflix Warns Against #BirdBoxChallenge

Bird Box may have become Netflix’s newest success story — Netflix says the Sandra Bullock thriller became the streaming services' best first seven-day showing for a Netflix film — but the film has also become a somewhat dangerous opportunity to score internet fame with the viral #BirdBoxChallenge.

In Bird Box, Bullock and other characters are forced to carry on their day-to-day lives blindfolded to avoid seeing mysterious forces causing people to commit suicide. To follow suit, people are taking on the #BirdBoxChallenge where they blindfold themselves to test their abilities to complete mundane tasks successfully such as riding a scooter, climbing an escalator and ordering drive-thru.

However, the results have proven to be mostly unsuccessful, as people post videos of themselves falling and crashing.

The challenge has even caught the attention of Netflix itself, with the online streaming service tweeting on Wednesday a warning to those hoping to participate in the quirky internet scheme.

"Can’t believe I have to say this, but: PLEASE DO NOT HURT YOURSELVES WITH THIS BIRD BOX CHALLENGE. We don’t know how this started, and we appreciate the love," Netflix tweeted out to its users Wednesday.

Also poking fun at the film’s child stars, Netflix further tweeted, "Boy and Girl have just one wish for 2019 and it is that you not end up in the hospital due to memes."

I know I can't do that, it would have to be life or death to make me try. But I'm not loud or fidgety in real life, I was mistook for a mannequin in a department store I worked in, so I could do A Quiet Place. I still have to see that.

What?

Thinning of the herd.

Hey, let me put on this blindfold and jump on a scooter so I can test my abilities going down this street.

I think Gary was already affected, and was faking wellness. The drawings would have hurt Tom when he looked at them if they had that kind of power.

I do not think so... his eyes were normal... did he look out the window after that?

No, he was affected. When he was talking about the mental patients from the hospital, how they were affected differently, didn't kill themselves but tried to get others to "look", forcing their eyes open, he was giving them a clue then. If he had not "looked" how would he know they were from the mental hospital? How would he know that they were forcing people's eyes open, unless he had been one of the one's who had his eyes forced open? He would not have been able to see what they were doing, if his eyes had been covered.

Just started it, and I know its been said before... but it's amazing how this almost seems like the most expensive fan film inspired by the movie premise of "The Happening" (which I think is M Knight Shyamalan's worst film... I haven't seen "The Last Airbender")

But I bet "Birdbox"rips off and re-uses the genre premise in a better way. Judging from how popular it is.

The genre premise being "Suddenly humans start commiting mass suicide without any apparant cause, leading to a story following a ragtag group of survivors trying to figure it out and stay alive"

Have to run a few errands but will continue it to see how it treads into "A Quiet Place" territory.

I'm glad Sandra picked Trevante Rhodes as her love interest they had a LOT of chemistry. Plus his character "Tom" cared about her character "Malorie" from the very start & to the end.

Finally caught this piece of shit in moviemaking...
Why is it that in these kind of movies the most sane and sensible people (John Malkovich's character being the only one in this movie) always get killed by dumbfuck unlikable moronic cunts that the viewer is apparently supposed to like or "feel" for?
What a useless movie, but that was to be expected with the bullshit cast in this, even the great John Malkovich couldn't save this turd of a movie...
Great score though, but that was also to be expected... And sadly those Cthulhu teases in the movie amounted to nothing... What a fucking waste...
