I would say injuries. Gronk not there. Maybe Pats underestimate the Titans. Brady is still good, getting older. Titans also put pressure on Brady

Image result for falcons vs browns
I said I'm not sold on the Falcons. Antonio Brown is a better WR than Jones (Jones is just bigger). Still don't like the Browns but I like the name "Chubs", just fun to say.

What did I tell you about the Chargers? I said 5 weeks ago they are the sleeper team.

Rams should still worry. Their defense almost gave up

Chiefs are rammin.

Bengals need to fire many.

Sean Payton smashed fire alarm in locker room before Saints win over Bengals

ZC7BT5VLOVADLCITMNSWIJ77UM.jpg

Before Sunday’s game, a fire alarm sounded off throughout the stadium for about 15 minutes. Payton, keen on helping his players focus before the game, smashed one alarm in the middle of the Saints locker room.

It’s unclear if there will be any penalty for Payton damaging the alarm, but the Bengals have alerted the authorities.

Update edit - Sean Payton says he’ll pay to repair damaged fire alarm at Paul Brown Stadium

Are we seeing more blowouts (20+ point spread) or other stinkers this season than we're used to?

Week 1: Ravens 47, Bills 3 - Jets 48, Lions 17

Week 2: Rams 34, Cardinals 0

Week 3: Packers 22, Bills 0 - Bears 48, Bucs 10

Week 4: Steelers 41, Falcons 17 - Patriots 38, Dolphins 7

Week 5: Saints 43, R-----ns 19

Week 6: Ravens 21, Titans 0 - Seahawks 27, Raiders 3 - Cowboys 40, Jags 7

Week 7: Broncos 45, Cards 10 - Vikings 37, Jets 17 - Colts 37, Bills 5 - Rams 39, Niners 10 - Chiefs 45, Bengals 10

Week 8: Pats 25, Bills 6

Week 9: Niners 34, Raiders 3 - Falcons 38, R-----ns 14 - Bears 41, Bills 9

Week 10: Steelers 52, Panthers 21 - Bills 41, Jets 10 - Saints 51, Bengals 14 - Titans 34, Pats 10

Sure, there are a handful of bad teams that are gonna get run any given week (BUF, ARI, OAK, NYJ).

But a couple of those teams that have been on the receving end of blowouts have blown out their opponents as well.

There are some playoff teams and division leaders/teams with winning records who've gotten worked as well.

OH NO. We can't get our QB upset. sad Yesterday they said Mahomes had a family emergency and wasn't available for interviews.

The stepfather of Patrick Mahomes’ longtime girlfriend Brittany Matthews suffered a medical emergency at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday afternoon and died.

Mahomes, who broke Len Dawson’s 1964 single-season touchdown pass record in the win, wasn’t available for interviews after the game because of the family emergency.

On Monday, coach Andy Reid expressed condolences for the family, and added that he didn’t expect Mahomes to miss any practice time.

“We’re sorry to hear what took place yesterday,” Reid said. “Our prayers and blessings are with the family. I’ve talked to Patrick. They’re doing well for the circumstance. As they go through this mourning period, our prayers and thoughts are with them.”

Agree. Payton looked crabby Sunday. But, a 15 min+ stadium wide alarm with NO fire is a lot. Sorry the Bengals defensive coach got fired so soon too, hate to see that. And when any player gets injured it's so awful - these guys are all chess pieces in team NFL after all.
