Battery saver (Windows 10)

Somehow my battery saver has been enabled, and I don't know how to disable it successfully. Every time I switch it off, nothing happens.

I tried the following, but it just resets itself mad

At the Desktop
Press Windows Key + X
Select Settings
Select System
Select battery
Change any settings as required

Power Settings (often found via the ScreenSaver options). You can create a profile (I think it's called) of power settings, whether to turn the monitor off after a time, whether plugged in or on battery power, etc.

Also this.
