I love this "new" Maggie After everything that she's been through,it's easy to undesrtand why she's behaving this way.Rick wimped out by not killing Negan, but Maggie is showing that she will be the "tough" one. She's showing that she's the boss and that crimes will not go unpunished.I like it.

I agree.I really hope that they don't kill him off.Better to just have him mysteriously disappear. That would leave the door open for his return (if the actor ever wanted to come back).

I know it´s part of the concept of TWD to kill popular characters every now and then but to be honest, I´m getting a bit tired of it, especially after one has grown accustomed to certain characters. I hope they don´t kill him off and leave a door open for him to come back in the future, just like they did with Morgan.

I´ve honestly enjoyed every season so far, even the ones that people disliked. I think All Out War could´ve been a bit shorter, and the prison season was also a tad long, and the farm (season 2 or 3?) was also a bit long but all in all, I really still like TWD a lot. But then again, I also enjoyed every season of LOST, even the last one, and I like FTWD, too, so maybe I´m just not critical enough. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Season 8 was frustrating to watch there were several times when Rick could have easily killed Negan, but he didn't,smh. And then there was Carl's death.....sort of a depressing season.

True. I wish they hadn´t killed off Carl. Killing him off was, in my opinion, a bit too much, especially since he does not die in the comicbooks and technically they did not really have to get rid of him. Felt a bit sorry for the actor, too. Many fans hated his guts but I actually liked him and didn´t find him annoying at all, and I liked his strange bond with Negan. That was a really interesting development and wish they had stuck a bit more with the original story here but I must admit that I don´t really follow the graphic novels and get most of the info onlinea or from Dave T.
And Rick not killing Negan even though he had the opportunities was getting a bit silly, too. I wonder what the overall direction will be after Rick´s gone. After all, it all started as his story, and in essence, still is....at least for now. The whole show would feel very different, at least to me, after Rick´s story comes to an ending. the show won't have a choice....they will have to beef up Daryl's role. He's a fan favorite.I also think they'll give Michonne more to do,and Carol too...especially if the rumors about Maggie leaving are true.

my only problem is this...when are we gonna move on from the constant feuds and wars? This whole “us vs.them” direction,we’ve seen it again and again on this show.I know it’s ridiculous to expect everyone to live peacefully all the time, but everyone should have a common goal to stay alive and defeat the walkers, not each other! Just a minor gripe. The season is fantastic, for the most part.

I heard that, after the midseason finale (when Rick dies),the show will do another time jump.I think that, when it comes back several months later,we will see Michonne with her and Rick's baby yes,I believe that Michonne will get pregnant and have Rick's child (a boy).

and if that time jump rumor is true,it really does seem like they're winding things up.MAybe there will be just one more season after this one.

“Thank you... For coming with us on this journey. For the nine years of fear, heartache, anger and, let’s face it, guts you’ve shown by making it through these 115 episodes and counting. And for services to journalism that go way behind any civilised levels of human endurance. For understanding that despite the high volume of undead, this is actually an ongoing story about what it is to be alive. A story of hope, family and friendship. People with nothing in common discovering that they have everything in common. United in their search for humanity and a place to call home. A story that has perhaps even more relevance now than it did when we began.
It’s been the most exciting, challenging and satisfying role of my career — and for the best part of a decade, the greatest adventure of my professional life. This season feels like the show I fell in love with all those years ago, and the world we were always heading toward when we wrapped the pilot episode. By my own rough count, I’ve killed over 400 zombies during the apocalypse. Lost a horse, found a horse. Lost a girl... that didn’t go well. Ate a dog once. Wore a meat poncho twice. Escaped from a bunch of hipster cannibals. Not to mention I’ve been shot twice, baseball batted, stabbed three times, bit a man’s throat out (I’m sorry — that was weird — and tasted like chicken), and had my cowboy boots resoled... 12 times. We began as an indie movie, and years later became a three-letter acronym (wtf?). And along the way, we’ve had the unique pleasure of meeting zombie enthusiasts all over our beautiful blue planet. From Tokyo to Trinidad, people have been united by their love of this story of survival... and Norman Reedus’ extraordinarily luscious hair. It’s been a wild ride, shaped by the relationship between the show and the fans of the show, and in no small part you good people of the press. I look forward to following your coverage of the show and my friends in Atlanta for seasons to come — what they have planned is quite incredible. So thank you. For all of it. For the good, the bad... and of course, we wouldn’t be a free press... without the ugly. Until our paths cross again. Keep Calm and Carry a Red Machete... []

Re. next week, looking at the trailers and snippets we've seen so far I'm gonna guess it'll be left open to intepretation as to whether he lives or dies ... I think there might be a hint that he's taken by the helicopter people / Jaydis. www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!
