Google Play because I can stream my entire CD collection. I know its going away in favor of youtube's music service but Google swears our libraries will remain intact when they do the switch over. "It's not nice to fuck with K.B.! All you haters will see!" - Kitbradley

Glad I'm not the only one, was beginning to feel old!
Its radio and CD for me, or at a push listening to stuff on YouTube.

I have free subscriptions to Google music, Pandora, and Spotify, but I watch more music on YouTube. However, I prefer to listen to my own collection on my mp3 player. |

It's real easy to illegally get Spotify Premium on your phone for free. I put my phone in my pocket and wear headphones while I'm cooking my dinner. |

I don't use any of the ones you guys're mentioning over here, except YOutube (I don't think they're available in India) - but what are *these* ^ ? They don't sound like any conventional music service...? Do tell, specially Kodi....

8tracks is the only streaming service for which I have an account. Registered users upload playlists of at least eight songs (maximum of two songs per artist per playlist) for others to hear. I have a few Prince-related ones on my page: http://8tracks.com/sextonseven
I only use it so others can listen to my playlists, not because I want to hear anyone else's.
I suppose that makes 8tracks my favorite by default.

It's already been done :

But thanks for the thought
(Actually I *don't* think I can make that - Spotify I believe uses artificial intelligence, which I don't know shit about.)

OK, I checked out that page - those are Youtube videos, ie. this site only lets you make playlists, not actually HOST the songs....?!! That's not a STREAMING SERVICE, that's just a place for,....making playlists!! (of which there are several, I posted about great.dj myself here only a few days back...(and nobody listened )). |

My playlists are not composed of YouTube videos. 8tracks hosts all the songs I upload myself--many of which can't be found on YouTube.

umm...OK. *I* watched Prince's "Thieves in the temple" video which to *me* at least, appeared to be playing from Youtube. Whatever.
But - surely that is illegal? You're not supposed to upload YOUR stuff for others to listen to..??!! |
