Tacos, and Mexican food in general, is my favorite thing. Put that shit on a pizza, and I'm happy. There are a lot of ways to make a Mexican pizza. Some ditch the sauce and use refried beans.

I make a taco salad that mixes half salsa and half sweet Catalina dressing together for the salad dressing. It's a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I would imagine that would be good on a pizza, too. I wouldn't use regular pizza sauce on a Mexican pizza.

Things like cheese, olives, tomatoes, lettuce, beef or chicken, bread or crust - these are common ingredients on both sides of Italian and Mexican. The differences are minor actually. A pizza is just a floppier tostada. haha

I had one that was really good once...then I had one that was disgusting.

To me it HAS to be freshly-made...where the meat is warm and the toppings (lettuce, tomato) are cold.

olives kinda aight on a pizza but gucamole is over the top ...

dont like pineapple on a pizza either tho I was kind of a fiend in my teenage years.

My cousin owns and runs a truck usually around the Ventura area. It's shrimp-centric, but they do shrimp tacos etc a lot. It's bomb!

Never had it, would try it if some1 was up to it.

There was a pizza joint, Shakee's, in my town growing up that made the only taco pizza worth eating.

I like the idea of making tacos and the taco shell is bacon. I like the idea of making pizza and the crust is all bacon. Could get expensive but low carb and more healthy.
