The worst feeling in the world is... Loving someone but they don’t love you back

You can't control people EVER! You can only control YOUR reaction to people. Give yourself time to grieve the loss of what YOU thought was something real. If you don't have a posse (an emotional pit crew) start working on that. Back off from the relationship, lick your wounds, do stuff you enjoy with friends and consider this a lesson learned. We never grow unless we struggle. And yeah, it's going to hurt like hell for a while. But as one who has been there and put in a metric shit ton more time--I promise it WILL get better.
