I just watched a video on Youtube that came up with that very same suggestion, too.

He does have a valid point when it comes to Enid, Tara and a few others but there some on that list that I don´t want to go. And Eugene is among them. He may be annoying but I´m always curious about his next idea to save his ass. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! Eugene really gets on my nerves.I hate that guy I wish they'd put me on the show so I could kill him myself, lol.
Having said that.....if the spoilers that I heard are true.....Eugene may turn out to be a hero tonight

Spoiler Alert: A few thoughts on the season finale. If you haven't already seen the episode and want to be surprised, please do not read any further.
***Looks like Eugene,a character that many of us dislike, has turned out to be a hero his plan was sheer genuis and it worked beautifully.Gotta give him credit. He finally did something useful.
***Regarding Rick's decision to not kill Negan: I knew that Maggie would be pissed! I knew that this decision wouldn't sit well with her.I expect that, next season, there will be more than one person who goes to visit Negan in jail and attempt to kill him
***Surprisingly,no major character got killed in this episode.I thought for sure that the producers would use this epsisode to "clean house" and get rid of a few dead weight/unimportant characters
***Earlier in the season, wasn't Jesus all about "peace"? He was against killing people. Now all of a sudden,he wants to see Negan dead?! WTF?
***This episode was good,but perhaps a little over-hyped.I give it a B+.
***Unfortunately, the 4th season premiere of Fear The Walking Dead was awful.I almost fell asleep while it was on.The entire episode was mostly focused on Morgan! I wanted to see Madison and the others

One thing I had figured out was that Eugene was going to do something to sabotage the Saviors. Something about his post-haste to get the bullets made seemed to raise a flag with me. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

I loved the Negan's expression in his face when Michone and Rick were delivering their speech, it was moving to see him frasgile and vulnerable for once. I liked the season finale, it wasn't as epic as I thought it would be. I for one, believed Negan would be killed, but I was wrong. Great opening scene the one with Rick and little Carl just walkin holding hands. By the way, what's goin on with Maggie, Jesus and Daryl, were they planning a complot agains Rick or something alike?

Well that was a bit ... underwhelming. Maybe it was because I've read the comics so I knew what was coming, but the final battle felt more like a minor skirmish than 'All Out War'. www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!

Have to give props to Lauren Cohen though for her acting at the point Rick said 'Save him' ... that moment was spot on. And I could just about believe she's be sat at that desk saying Rick needs to pay, but not Daryl or Jesus. www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!

lol....yeah that scene was surprising I actually agree with them,though...Negan deserves to be killed. However,Daryl allowed Dwight to live and Jesus is supposed to be Mr. Peace Lover, lol.I can already see it now: next season,Negan will get a few "visitors" in jail and someone will try to kill him.

You know what should have happened? At the exact moment that Rick decided to not kill Negan,Maggie should have went crazy, rushed up there, and killed Negan herself. That would have been extremely shocking and unexpected (and satisfying to the fans)!

^this. Rick and company have no moral high ground at all, after killing a bunch of strangers in their sleep, all based on the word of people they hardly knew

I just think that, the show had a chance to really "move on" from the last two seasons, and explore some new ideas.By keeping Negan around,it will be a constant reminder of the last two seasons (which many fans didn't really enjoy).Even though he will be in a jail cell,he will be probably (still) be a big focus of the show.Killing him off would have sent a strong message that the writers are listening to the fans/viewers that want closure.

I don´t like the idea of Daryl and Maggie plotting against Rick either. I mean, what are they going to do? Kill Rick ? That would be a terrible direction for the show after all that they´ve been through. . And ......Jesus wants Morgan to be peaceful again and wants him to stop killing people, yet he´s plotting against Rick with Maggie? To kill him? That doesn´t make much sense. . That scene with the Whisperers....thanks for telling me what that scene showed. Seriously, I couldn´t see anything, it just looked like a forest or bushes to me. So that was a huge walker herd? I think this is the second time I recognize something thanks to you. Watching the show on my laptop is not as good as watching it on a big screen TV. I should connect my laptop to my big TV screen the next time. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! I loved that scene and I think JDM is the best thing to happen to TWD. But what was that near-breakdown about? Was he sad because of Carl? Did he finally have regrets? What happened there?

Yeah, the Jesus bit didn´t make much sense to me. He wants Negan dead yet he criticizes Morgan for killing killers?
So.....has FTWD already started? And is Morgan already in it? Sounds very confusing to me. Have to check that out today. I really like FTWD. Nice change of location(s). I wonder how they managed to make Morgan meet the FTWD bunch. Will probably watch it tonight now that I know it´s already started. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. I do not believe Negan could have been saved. The cut could not have been super deep but it was deep enough to need major surgical intervention. I just do not think they could have saved him. "Keep on shilling for Big Pharm!"

The Maggie-Darryl-Jesus twist could have been a game-changer even 2 years ago. Now, it's a jump the shark moment. This series needs to end. Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

Keep in mind that Said is a doctor and he was standing nearby. But yeah, I guess you´re right, he would have bled to death while being carried to Hilltop.

Some viewers think that Maggie/Daryl/Jesus are plotting to kill Rick I don't think that's what Maggie was saying at all.She simply disagrees with Rick's decision to keep Negan alive. She seems to be saying "If Rick won't kill him, then we will".I can imagine the mid-season finale featuring Negan possibly getting killed,or someone at least trying to kill him.

Could be. But if JMD/Negan is growing a beard and long hair for next season then there´s possibly the timejump that´s in the graphic novel and I doubt that Maggie and Daryl would wait a couple of years to kill him. Or maybe the timelapse will only be a year or so ? " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! I just watched the new episode of FTWD and I thought it was great. It was a bit strange to meet our TWD people in it but it was interesting to see the two shows finally connect. But....just like we´re expecting a possible timelapse in TWD, there must´ve been some sort of huge timelapse on FTWD as well, because otherwise Morgan´s encounter with the FTWD crew wouldn´t make any chronological sense. First of all, Nick and Victor Strand and all those FTWD folks are still in the very early stages of the apocalypse, and Rick´s people are at least three years in the future, and then there´s that huge distance that Morgan mostly walked and sometimes drove. I wonder how many years have passed in the world of Nick , Victor Strand and Daniel. Good to see them again. And a nice change of scenery.
