I'd recommend using Microsoft's Windows Defender and Sandboxie.. if push comes to shove. Folks can afford to pay 20 bucks and change yearly. I'm sorry Sandboxie was purchased, because something tells me service and quality sooner or later will be compromised. But at the date, Sandboxie is still the virus/malware protecter its alway been.

If you always get it, check your SMTP settings. If occasionally, their server is temporarily busy.

More than likely, these days, most people who've purchased a computer are running a 64-bit Windows 8 / 10. Apple 64-bit computers is a given. For those who still are running a computer with Windows 7 or purchased a used/refurbished computer running an updated Windows8/ 10 Operating System... some people aren't sure if they have 32bit or 64bit. This is how you check.
P.S. If you purchased a new computer in the last five years, you have 64-bit computer. 32-bit computers have been discontinued and support from web-browser (except Chromium & Firefox ) and other computer software companies have been discontinuing their support. Many Linux OS still support 32-bit computers, Bodhi, Linux Light, Lubuntu, Mint,. If you decided to download Linux to a Windows computer, its important you know if your computer is a 32-bit or 64-bit. Still, there's a lot of life left in a 32-bit computers. I'm still using a 32-bit decade old HP computer... currently running Linux Cinnamon, for now. I'd still recommend Linux Light for beginners.

Don't worry once I get you all setup you'll be internally grateful. Linux was made for most of the people on the org. They just don't know it. But I'm gonna change that... denominator and I are going to change that.
