Never go over 200. I don't like putting that type of stress on my body.

Instead, I do many reps of 150-200.

I never understood the fixation of pressing tons of weight.

It adds size. The more weight you press, the bigger you get. I wanted to weigh over 200lbs and heavy weight training was the only way.

I weigh 190 and I can do at least 350. I can do 315 four times, so I don't know where that puts my max. Maxing out is bad anyway fellas. See how many times you can do 225 because that is a better gauge for strength.
