HELP! MSN is giving me a really hard time. I'm trying to download and/or burn Annie Lennox's new single "Pavement Cracks," but it keeps giving me issues. I downloaded it, but when I go to "My Library" and I see it, I can't even play it! I tried to burn it twice and it's not even registering, but I'm losing "points." How do I get this thing to work? | |

So far all I've been able to do is stream the song (it's great!), but I want to burn it. When I signed up, it gave me 500 credits. I downloaded it- there goes 10 credits. Tried to burn it twice- there goes another 330 credits. I've streamed it twice, so I'm down to 158 credits. This means I can't burn it again if I try.  How can I recover those burn attempts? | |

Sorry Moombeam, I don't. I have problems with RealOne the other day when I tried to Burn a CD, songs that I have been able to burn before.  I have tried using other applications, MSN, Windows Media Player... they are all a pain. I just might resort to the old-fashion way...good o'l tapes.  | |
