Strange night. Sue Black and her colleague were very comprehensive, and great speakers as usual, but there was a lot of shameless self promotion and bullshit from Dan Snow, and a surprisingly interesting (though also self promoting) contribution by an author who talked about something that I’ve only ever heard myself talking about before. Anyway, was it himself in the coffin?
