it's downtown and pretty close 2 everything (plus there's a bus line nearby)
pretty clean place (haven't seen a single rodent or creepy-crawlie since i've been here)

yeah--actually, carrie, we coulda been neighbors cuz when i was first lookin 4 an apartment i looked around a studio apartment that wuz 4 rent in the buildin that's next 2 yours. they were wantin $490 4 the damned thing, and the place wuz no bigger than...oh, say, the bathroom at paisley, times 2.
the bastards wouldn't let me have it cuz it wuz my first apartment and i didn't have anyone who could co-sign 4 me at the time...  | |
