I helps to not be drunk when you play footy. If only I was given that advice earlier. When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.

Concussion is caused by your brain being "shaken" within your scull. Even though you felt better you experienced further headaches after your run because of the pounding effect of running. You should be ok with further rest and the only way to know for sure is to go for another run in a few days after you have rested. If problems persist, see a doctor. I think the running kicked it back up. I gonna give myself a few days off. As for football, i got a few bellringers too. I think i did more damage to my back than my head though.

When I was a kid I was hit in the head with a rock which cracked my head open and of course there was a possibility of a concussion. I also passed out one time in my bathroom and hit my head on the I don't know how long I was out and I was taken to the hospital at once. I've also been hit in the forehead with a baseball, that hurt like *$. You can never be too careful when it comes to having an injuy to your head. Get that checked out.
