2018 IS GOING TO BE A FANTASTIC YEAR

Whatever you want to do, say it out loud. Write it down. And it IS going to come to pass.

THE BEST YEAR WE'VE EVER SEEN IS ALMOST HERE. BOOK IT.

Get in better shape. This is my goal for 2018. It's not a new year's resolution, just something I'm committed to doing in 2018.

I agree and it will end with a GOP with 70 seats in the Senate and 300 in the house... a GDP of 5% and unemployment bt of 3.5%...

I certainly hope so...

Haven't been here in a couple of months, but I haven't had a "great" year in a long, long time. The one I fondly remember is 2004, that year was the absolute greatest...I've had some good years here and there since then, but that one still stands out as the best year ever for me. I graduated from college, I was in a heavy romance with the love of my life at the time (you know how your early 20's are) and I saw Prince in concert twice; at one of them I was front row!!!!

But I get the feeling that 2018 will be a really good year for me.

Travel: I already have one trip planned and making plans to plan at least 2 more. I plan to travel a lot next year.

Career: My career right now is pretty good, but my ambitiousness always has me looking for ways to improve and excel further.

Health: I will eat cleaner and exercise on a regular basis. I will lose 30 pounds to start and ultimately work towards my goal of losing 50 pounds total over the course of the year.

Romance: I also will step in faith and say that in 2018, I will FINALLY meet the man that I need and want in my life. He will be the man that I've dreamed about and prayed for, the man that will make me want to be a better person, the man that I can learn from, can learn from me, who'll have my back and make a positive impact in my life. He'll be passionate and equally yoked with me and be FOR me.

There I've said it.

I hope to quit smoking.

I'm hoping I will be blessed with a grandchild in 2018.

The past 5-years of my life have basically sucked. I had a lot of loss recently. Lost my Mom in 2014, lost my dog in 2016. Been through so much change and loss; it's too much to take sometimes, but I keep holding on and keep the faith, because God has always gotten me through some of the hardest times of my life. Sometimes I just feel like a punching bag, and not sure how much more I can take, but we have to to have hope!! We have to count our blessings every day!!
