So I ordered some DVDs from ioffer.com and they were suppose to be shipped out on November 2nd.Ive been doing business with the seller for 2 years now and thisis the first time he's failed to send the DVDs.In the past there's been times that I would message him on the status of the DVDs and 2 weeks would go by before he responded.i paid for the DVDs on November 2 and a few days later I sent him a message asking him if payment went though and he replied yes. That was the last time I heard from him.ive messaged him 6 times since then and he hadn't responded.its almost been 2 months.i thought maybe the seller is ill or in the hospital but I checked his store of items for sale and there's been a few new dvds that have been added since I last ordered from him so I know he's active.
So I contacted PayPal to maybe get a refund.Paypal says the seller has until Jan 8 to respond.im wondering do I really have a good chance of getting my money refunded to me?
