Nooo... that would be the spin off to Laverne and Shirley... I can't remember the name, but the one where they were older. (I think it was Laverne and Shirley).

I used to watch this show, back in the day. It was rather funny, for a period of time. Like it was said elsewhere in this thread, a big part of the show was the "sexual innuendo" & the big "misunderstandings" that took place. I also remember that the "Jack Tripper" character did quite a bit of physical comedy on the show.. he was often falling over something or walking into doors or getting his nuts cracked or something!
It's quite interesting that for most of the show's history, to live with 2 women Jack had to pretend to be gay. Just to think.. that up to that time that the show aired, shacking up had been such a taboo.. now it's common. WAY too common. Still, I would have liked to see Jack "hook up" with 1 of the roomies in the show. Being the mostly "dumb blonde" she was, I'd have thought Jack could've gotten some from Chrissy.. I think Jack would've had to "work harder" to get some from Janet.. The cable channel "E" did 1 of those "Hollywood Story" documentaries on the show.. quite interesting- if not predictable- all the backstage drama that happened on the set. Of the 2 "Chrissy replacements" after Suzanne Summers left the show, I defintely thought Jennilee Harrison was the finer of the 2.. & I TOTALLY AGREE with NovaAngel's comment about Seinfeld. I'll see you tonight..

Muthaf*ckas ripped off his idea for "Kung Fu" too! It was his idea! Maaan, f*ck David Carradine. I can't believe he was trying to pass for an Asian guy. And people bought it. No thank ya. He was just a white guy that talked all slow and sh*t like he was high all the damn time. ALL. THE. DAMN. TIME. Two shows that are still funny to me even though they're VERY dated: Good Times and What's Happening!. If I look at the shows now as an adult, I shake my head and wonder, "what was I thinking?". Man was I easy to please. A Show I Never Really Watched As a Kid, But Like It Now: All In The Family A Show I Watched As A Kid, But Now DETEST It And Wonder What Possessed Me: The Love FRIGGIN Boat : A Show I Loved As A Kid, But Now Don't Find It As Funny As I Used To - But I'll Still Watch It: Welcome Back Kotter A Show That Isn't Confined To Its Time That I Loved As A Kid And Still Love Today: The Jeffersons A Show I Used To Watch As a Kid, But Don't Remember THAT Much About It Now (except for the theme song), And I KNOW It Has To Be Cornball: Love, American Style A Show I Despise That Stayed On The Air Way Too Long That Made Me Want To Shoot My TV Elvis-Style For: Full House A Show That I Got Into A Few Years After Inception That Never Ceased To Be Funny While In Production And In Reruns: Seinfeld The Most Overrated Show Of All Time: I Love Lucy That's right, I SAID IT. A Show That Was Actually Pretty Groundbreaking And Damn Well Written Its First Few Seasons But Fell Off Drastically At The End: Ally McBeal That's right, I SAID IT. A Show I NEVER Liked And Couldn't Understand The Brouhaha About: MASH Get ... it ... OUT! A Show I Wish I Had Seen Featuring THE GREAT BRUCE LEE: The Green Hornet A Show I Don't Remember Seeing, But Loved As A Feature Film: The Fugitive I was so with you...until you got to I Love Lucy. That show is pure comic genius! Oh, and MASH was great, and Ally McBeal sucked huge, herpes-infected, sweaty donkey balls from the very beginning! That's right, I SAID IT!!! Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)
