Never let it go. Nip it in the bud HARD at the very first instance. You’ll be doing yourself and everyone else a big favor. No one will fault you because EVERYONE will be glad someone said something. You’ll have plenty of support. If you get fired, so what. It isn’t worth working in that kind of atmosphere and you can collect unemployment until you find a better job. But NEVER EVER put up with it for one second.

Yes, document via a diary that you keep at home. Perhaps write notes for yourself at work. But when it occurs , you tell them (In a calm direct voice) that you would be glad to listen to any concerns at the appropriiate time and place, but in front of customers or coworkers isn't one of them. 99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment

Happened to me once by a rather bullying manager in my first job ... I tried to take it seriously at first but the more he yelled the funnier it got. I ended up laughing hysterically at him, one of those full on fits of laughter that won't stop ... I'm not even sure why I found it so funny, but the more I laughed the angrier he got which made it worse. Others around us then laughed because I was laughing so much they found that funny. www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!

Is it possible to have the customers who are witnessing the tirade to complain to those in charge/owners/bosses?
